Never got my order or communication back

I love the hat! I’m actually most likely going to order another for myself bc this one was for a gift. My only complaint is that I messaged the seller multiple times and not only got no response but the the item was shipped and arrived late as well. Which stunk but if they had just told me they were running behind I would’ve understood but they didn’t even reply to me.
